Pan Comb. Sleeve type hollow wall anchor designed for use in base materials such as plaster, wallboard, concrete block, or hollow tile. Consists of two major parts, a multiple leg expansion sleeve and a machine screw. The sleeve is formed from sheet steel with a flanged collar at one end and a threaded section at the working end. The flanged collar has two prongs which grip the surface of the base material to prevent the anchor from spinning during tightening. As the anchor is tightened, the screw pulls against the threaded section causing the legs to expand and draw up tightly against the inside wall of the hollow base material. Once the anchor has been set, the screw may be removed as often as necessary without effecting the anchor.
